So, tomorrow is Groundhog Day! Will he see his shadow?
If he sees his shadow, we will supposedly have 6 more weeks of Winter, otherwise we will have an early spring. Personally, I hope that we have an early Spring! This winter has been long enough and I have seen enough snow for the year.
We will all have to watch Punxsutawney Phil this year because Milwaukee County Zoo's groundhog, Walnut, died last June. Or we could always use the only animal better at predicting weather than a groundhog, a badger, as we do live in Wisconsin. This is also the Groundhogs Club of Pewaukee's 100th anniversary and they don't have a groundhog to use for this "experiment". They have been going to the zoo in Milwaukee since 1946.
