Andy, Chris- Where can I find the updates on what is happening each night? If there isn't an appropriate place somewhere on here then could you create something that might be for members only or at least send me an e-mail so that I can kind of stay up to date as to what is happening on a nightly basis? You could probably appoint someone to write a synopsis on what is completed on a nightly basis so that even all members that may not have been able to make it (like there is any sufficient excuse) can still stay up to date. Thanks, Eric Hoffmann

We don't have an area for nightly updates right now, but it would be a good idea to create an area to discuss nightly progress. Mr. Frank actually suggested it about 2 months ago, but I thought I would wait until the build season to post the nightly progress.

We could appoint 2 people to post about nightly progress. If one person is gone, somebody else would be there to record what happened.

We could also possibly add forums for different subcategories of robotics (programming, mechanical, electrical, etc.) in addition to the nightly updates forum. Even if we don't add these extra forums, the forum for nightly updates should be added.
I think that you guys better get something setup ASAP primarily because I am eager to see what is going on. As for the different subgroups, I would just leave it as one general group. I say that only because I know that kids have a hard time just getting online and typing in http://www.cooneyrobotics.com and clicking on forums. If they had to look through all of the various sub-groupings, that would make matters exponentially worse.
